About Shipping
Within NEW ZEALAND – Shipping to NZ is free for all purchases over $155. There is a flat fee of $15 for all other purchases.
To AUSTRALIA – All packages to Australia will be sent with tracking. Please allow extra time for international delivery as well as customs clearance. Receiver pays duties & taxes. Standard loss/damage cover limited to NZD$2000.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE – Every slow fashion item will be shipped within 4 weeks of payment and in pristine condition. You can expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days after shipment. If for some reason your item does not arrive as expected, please contact Aletheia Apparel to pursue tracking of your parcel.
Please note that the delivery times quoted are indicative only and ALETHEIA cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame. Please be aware that orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
When an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please supply a delivery address at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchased items is transferred to you.
ALETHEIA APPAREL takes no responsibility for taxes, duty or any other charges at the receivers’ end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country, nor can ALETHEIA be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
