Our exclusive sizing is thoughtfully created to reflect a beautiful proportion. If further customisation is needed, garments can be made to your measurements–it’s what Aletheia Apparel is all about!

Measuring for your best fit:

While measuring, the tape should be parallel to the floor all the way around.
Pull the tape firm but without cinching in at the body.

Upper Bust: Measure around your body above the bust and under the arms. Measure without a bra, over skin.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Measure with the type of bra you intend to wear under the garment.

Natural Waist: This is the narrowest part of your torso. Note – this will not necessarily be where the waistline of your garment will sit.

Lower Waist: Measure around the fullest part of your tummy.

Hip/Seat: Place tape at the fullest part of your hips with feet together.

If your bust, waist, or hips are 2 or more sizes different than your suggested size, or if you typically struggle to find ready-made garments that fit well, then having your garment customised is highly suggested–customising is what Aletheia Apparel is all about!

Pre-order your Heather Cardigan for a bespoke garment created just for you.

With a v-neck banded opening, choose buttons to wear the Heather Cardi closed or go without buttons for a more versatile open look. Semi-fitted through the upper body & sleeves, the A-line shaping from the waist to the hem is fantastic for every shape. Choose either a clean front finish or patch pockets for functional interest. Whether you prefer a cap sleeve, short sleeve, or a long sleeve, the knee length or midi length will make the perfect layering piece. You can even select the button colour, if you like! Embrace your most flattering length and pair with a dress, jeans or shorts–so many options.

Suitable for knit fabrics only. Not suitable for woven fabric.
After checkout, an in-studio or video session will be scheduled to discuss design elements, fabric options, and to aid in proper measurements for your bespoke cardigan.

To ensure the longevity of your garment, wash by hand in cold water with a mild detergent. If hand washing is not an option, the delicate cycle on your machine is preferred. Line dry out of direct sunlight. Steam iron on wool setting. Air the garment between wearing to extend the life between washes.
