Aletheia Apparel - Size Chart

Measuring for your best fit:

  • While measuring, the tape should be parallel to the floor all the way around.
  • Pull the tape firm but without cinching in at the body.

Upper Bust: Measure around your body above the bust and under the arms. Measure without a bra, over skin.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Measure with the type of bra you intend to wear under the garment.

Natural Waist: This is the narrowest part of your torso. Note – this will not necessarily be where the waistline of your garment will sit.

Hip/Seat: Place tape at the fullest part of your hips with feet together.

Fitting tips:

  • For dresses, tops, and accessories: choose the size that goes with your upper bust
  • For pants & skirts: choose the size that goes with your hips

If your bust, waist, or hips are 2 or more sizes different than your suggested size, or if you typically struggle to find ready-made garments that fit well, then having your garment customised is highly suggested–it’s what Aletheia Apparel is all about!

Accomodating sizes outside our size range is also part of our customisation process.

Choose between two breathable fibres–either a beautiful linen or a draping tencel twill. Enjoy wardrobe security with quality fabrics in an “in the back” wrap feature for “no-split” reveals while sitting. The skirt ties at the waistband, and the large feature pockets are optional. Wear for every season with a versatility of tops and accessories. The Aletheia models are wearing the skirt with the Lisa Top, Larissa Top, and Jess Jumper.

To ensure the longevity of your garment, wash by hand in cold water with a mild detergent. If hand washing is not an option, the delicate cycle on your machine is preferred. Line dry out of direct sunlight. Steam iron on wool setting. Air the garment between wearing to extend the life between washes.

Spraying linen or hemp with water the night before wearing will also release set in wrinkles with ease and no need to iron.
